helping to raise pmdd awareness
**As of October 2022, my site will no longer be regularly updated with information but will remain active as a resource for PMDD awareness. I'm taking an indefinite hiatus until I feel I have the time and space to continue this work. Thank you!**
A podcast dedicated to PMDD and related-health issues.
An estimated 5 million AFAB (assigned female at birth) women in the U.S. are affected by PMDD yet few people have heard of it. This site is an initiative to raise awareness and provide PMDD sufferers, and those who care about them, a place to hear about the news and research.
You are not alone in this battle.

MISSION: I will use my podcast and website to share knowledge, encouragement, and kindness with listeners to support and inspire them — and in doing so, help raise awareness about PMDD and provide a place where those that have been diagnosed and those wanting to support them can learn more.
